Wage increases always sound good, but over time, below-inflation wage increases mean your wages don`t go that far. Salary stoppages and warrants mean an effective reduction in your wages. We all know that this school year will bring new challenges, as each workstation will work hard to ensure the safety of district/school staff and students, as well as a positive learning environment. The five-year contract involves annual salary increases of 1%.
